It's abbreviated as "FTID", meaning Fake Tracking ID.
It Is somewhat new to the SEing community, and has a number of methods to choose from- the majority of which are flawed. The most effective method Is to show the tracking number as delivered, but the warehouse does not have a physical nor administrative record of receiving the package.

To add on: it's not necessarily the "most effective." What's most effective would depend on the item/ situation.
