Interesting read. It looks like DNA for a $850 drone failed with a signature from FedEx delivery even with police report and receipts showing they were away during time of delivery. I'm sure the user will still succeed in getting a refund via CC chargeback, but interesting to note the failure from Walmart themselves.
Walmart is claiming since there is a signature (though not the OP's), they aren't able to process refund/replacement.
