Missing item method help - refa - 06-09-2020
Best company for Missing item method? Recently i tried gearbest company but they need my "order id".

DNA is courier based. You can do with any company given their terms and conditions don't protect them from DNA and you're trying to get a refund.
If you're trying to SE (as in convince them to send you a replacement without having ever bought anything), then DNA doesn't really apply unless you're trying to double dip, after having received a replacement.
