Any methods for getting some free food with some apps like grubhub, postmates, doordash? im really hungry but also very poor due to gettting laid off from work and other things.

It's the company/restaurant that you need to target, and not the food delivery service.

To counter this, the food delivery services can also provide refunds given you don't have too many issues with your orders. Don't want to share too many details, but if you hypothetically always had a new phone (so app installation information is changed), new phone #, new card #, etc. you can look like you're always a new customer and keep refunding from the food delivery service.
But of course, you can also go through the company/restaurant as well.
To OP, a really basic refund is to just complain to restaurant that the food made you sick. They'll usually give you refund/ voucher for more food/etc. Though this will only work so many times per restaurant without doing other things.
