DHL Status - Pukkuk - 05-20-2020
Hey. I can’t understand what this status means in DHL * The shipment has been delivered from the parcel center to the recipient by simplified company delivery *. Did the courier leave the parcel at Packstation or where?
Suppose we are talking about Germany. That is, Dhl independently delivers my order to the address on the label or Dhl transfers my order to the German postal service and they deliver my order?
For example, I received a prepaid label (From Berlin to Dresden) by Dhl and left my package at Packstation. What happens next?

In this case, they've delivered It to another service, who will forward the delivery to your nominated address.

Their tracking is slightly ambiguous in my experience. In the US, DHL will normally hand off to UPS/USPS. I would bet that's the case for you. I'd contact the sender if too much time has passed.

DHL tend to operate differently based on location. In my country, barring any unforeseen circumstances, every delivery Is direct from their depot to the recipient.

If you're further east, that would make sense. Their presence is limited in the US, so it's typical for them to hand it off to someone that has the infrastructure.

Over the years, I've come across a handful of US-based members who've experienced similar Incidents.

I don`t have problems with DHL and in 2-4 days the shipment was delivered.

DHL Express Worldwide can deliver the very next day, just before close of business.
