I said the books came wet because it was raining the day of delivery, and that the medicine can with no safety seals so i thought they were fake vitamins. Didnt have to return any items or send back a fake box.

Good work.

Did they Issue a refund/replacement based solely on what you've mentioned above, without any questions whatsoever?

Being persistent and adamant with your method, was the key to the successful outcome.

Trying to SE another 9 bottles of medicinal syrup, They are calling me by first name and im always connecting to the same agent now, they are on to me :|

Yeah they keep 'opening investigations to determine where the package is'

Which could be find, they will probably just check tracking, see it showed delivered, then call USPS , ask the carrier what they saw etc , carrier will tell them they left it on the porch etc. After that Amazon would probably refund or reship, but I dont want my postal carrier to get contacted at all from Amazon about 'missing packages'. I dont want to stand out in her mind , or raise her attention to 'potential porch pirates' etc. So I just asked them to cancel the investigation again.

O well, =)

If the carrier left the package at the premises without requesting a signature, then It's perfect DNA material.

By no means Is a package that's marked as delivered, the same as personally received It. There's a huge difference between the two. If you proceeded with the SE, I'd say It would've certainly succeeded.

Up to now the AirPods pro are my best SE.

I used to do multiples DNAs in the past from eBay, aliexpress and so on... I did so many of them but there were cheap items, at maximum of 50€.
