I'm sure the PDFs are legal to possess, but acting based on the information is likely illegal. Depending on your country, converting a gun from semi-automatic to automatic could be a 10+ year sentence.

Didn't see a copy of Phillip Luty's books on there, which are always a good starting place.
Also of course it shouldn't need to be said...
Don't act on any of the articles and you'll be fine. As the guys over at DETDISP like to put it...
