i already used this method and i got success in one try and i got hq proxies tested on netflix and other sites speed like rocket but after 6-7hrs proxies died so always decided what to crack.

you can simply generate the bin and put in cc checker than put directly in detail no need of paypal. just put live cc in luminati .
