Partial SE Jacket - What to do next? - litpapii - 03-04-2020 I was doing a partial SE for a jacket, on a company which I had done before and was succesful, they asked me to complete the form and they would refund me, however they are now saying they shipped everything correctly and to open a chargeback if I want to pursue it. Where can I go from here? Would it be best to open a dispute with paypal for a missing item or to make up something on the grounds of "a family member opened the parcel before me and took the item, without informing me", and then return it for my money back. Any help appreciated, thanks RE: Partial SE Jacket - What to do next? - Parliament - 03-04-2020 If they have the tracking info w/ signature; they'll most likely win case on PayPal (imo) Just return for your money back. You can use that excuse. RE: Partial SE Jacket - What to do next? - mothered - 03-04-2020 Quote:however they are now saying they shipped everything correctlyOn what grounds are they basing this? I'm guessing weight of the parcel RE: Partial SE Jacket - What to do next? - mothered - 03-05-2020 (03-05-2020, 03:29 PM)litpapii Wrote:(03-04-2020, 08:02 PM)mothered Wrote:Quote:however they are now saying they shipped everything correctlyOn what grounds are they basing this? You're SEing the Item, not the entire parcel/package. What's the weight of the Item? |
