Hi I was planning to use the dna method to get trainers from nike GB, however where I'm living has a reception for packages. This is my first time with nike so I dont know if it would still succeed if it was dropped off to the reception.

Courier might come, and check with the receptionist who Will or Will not sign for IT, you Will either get in trouble with one of Them, both or none. I think you should Learn more about the reception and the procedures.

Nike tend to be pretty easy to SE, by using the wrong Item received method.
Unless their claims management process has been recently tightened, there shouldn't be any Issues using the said method.
