Amazon GoPro SE - drFritz - 02-17-2020

I'm thinking of SEing amazon.de for a GoPro 7 Hero, which is around 300-315€.
I was thinking of doing it like this:
- ordering a gopro
- ordering another item, same shipping weight, just a little bigger box I suppose, because it's protein.

Do you think that would work out, if I say I received a wrong item? Both are dispatched by amazon.

Any tips welcome.

If they're both fulfilled and sold by Amazon it should go through fine, personally it's' the cost that puts me off incase it goes wrong. But it has a high rate of success and Amazon can't dispute it if you've got the very similar weight and dimensions. Just make sure you ordered them from different accounts and to different addresses.

You're SEing the "Item" and not the entire package, hence It's the Item (net) weight that's of relevance.

Well the item is 118grams, package weight is 522g.
I thought the package weight counts, hence I found a 500g protein bag, with shipping weight 522g.
So you are saying I need to find a 118g, cheap item?
The whole shipping weight doesn’t matter?
Thank you for your help.

I’m sure it’s the weight of shipping weight you need to match

Mothered said exactly the opposite...

As said, you're not SEing the entire package, hence It's the Item (net) weight that you need to take Into account.

Here's a breakdown of how two packages with the same shipping weight can vary with their enclosed Items.

* Let's say one package has a shipping weight of 800 grams. The Item weighs 100 grams, and Its packaging Is 700 grams.
* Let's assume the second package also has a shipping weight of 800 grams. The Item weighs 200 grams, and Its packaging Is 600 grams.

Both shipping weights equal 800 grams, however there's a 100 gram variance between both Items. In simple terms, a shipping weight of 800 grams, can contain an Item that weighs anything up to that weight.
