Handling drivers etc. - Jerban - 01-28-2020
This morning i woke up to a Call from the shipping companies driver, he was apparrently angry by the fact that i had claimed DNA because he didnt ask for a signature upon delivery, he said that he was 100% positive that he gave it to me and that he would Call the police on me.
I said i didnt know shit and he Should do as he must.
What other ways to handle this and have you tried similar?

If he chose not to request a signature, that's his problem, not yours.
He has no way of verifying that you've "personally received" the package, so hassling you with nonsense claiming he's 100% sure, Is purely a figment of his Imagination.

To be Square, he does himself and his company a disservice by not asking for the signature. This is my Third time dnaing in a short time period with this shipping. But it is also a bit off putting to have theese disputes which makes me dislike the DNA method a tiny bit, none the less it has worked when they fuck around like that.

Precisely.
Carriers have so many deliveries In a given day, and to say he's 100% certain that "he gave It to you", Is very difficult (If not Impossible) to recall.

So just to update the people WHO have replied or are reading along. The company who i ordered from called me Today to Say that the courier said they delivered so they would not replace it, this actually shocked me and i went into the role of a Very angry and frustrated customer, at first the rep didnt give 2 shits and were about to end the Call i asked him how he would feel in my position, getting screwed multiple times. Then i went into law paragraphs and demanded that they documented the delivery, which they could not, he kept replying that the courier said they delivered and I persisted that claiming stuff doesnt work in the real world, if they delivered they would documented it with atleast a picture or signature or i would use my rights to cancel the order and refund my money. Eventually he budged and said he would call the courier and ask for legal proof that they delivered the package only to have him call me back 1 hour later confirming what was Stated from the start, that there were no documentation of delivery or me recieving my rightfully purchased item, he said they would send a new for the 3rd time now lol, to a pickup point, to avoid more hassle.
When i get it i Will go return the original product i have had the joy of using for a month only to have 3 more unpacked version of my new 400$ dollar each headsets.
Remember if the courier dont make you sign DNA can never fail due to law obligations. Atleast here in EU.
But courier might get super pissed..
