Really sad to hear, as I followed the Lakers a lot growing up. Shaq gave his condolences. RIP.
Quote:Kobe Bryant died Sunday morning in a helicopter crash in Calabasas, California. He was 41. The former Los Angeles Lakers legend and his 13-year-old daughter, Gianna, were among those killed in the crash, according to multiple reports.
An investigation is ongoing, per the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, which confirmed there were no survivors among the nine people aboard the aircraft but would not release the names of those who perished in the crash.

My goodness, this Is devastating to say the least. To read that his daughter was also killed at such a young age, Is shattering.

I didn't really follow him much after he retired, but his love for his daughter was very apparent. Real shame.

I saw this around noon time today. To say the least, it ruined my day. Hopefully him and his daughter are in a good place now. This was definitely not how his legend was supposed to end.

This Is typical of why I no longer watch TV, namely the news (and news updates that Inevitably appear between shows)- over 90% of reports are negative.
I get pretty emotional with the passing of respected Individuals.
