Paypal SE advice - goldengeneration - 01-12-2020
Hi, help needed with my first attempt at an Paypal refund. Ive done my own amz before successfully but i am by no means an expert!
A good friend has mentioned they used someone to do a PP with a particular online store that doesnt reply hence paypal settling in my favour. Im confident they are using either not as described or unauthorised trans method. Im attempting to do 2k, which is a little less than what they did.
When using a VPN to hide my IP (keeping it local) It asks for login verification when on paypals site, asking for a text that will be sent to my own phone, which is registered to me, does this mean I cant do unauthorised and should go for item not as described? Im going for 3 electronic items totalling around £2k

A phone's SMS messages can still be compromised, just as a paypal account can be.

Buy item, use DNA method its the best, dont forget to escalate to paypal
