So I came here in search of answers. Can I possibly SE amazon without actually having enough/any money in my paypal balance to even buy the product. I'm not looking at any SPECIFIC product right now, but I am interested in getting a new laptop.

How do you plan to get a FREE laptop from Amazon without buying it or having a order?
If you do get the money; refund it. You can't SE Amazon without actually buying the thing or having a real order.
If not, your best bet is trying to SE HP or Dell. Get a S/N, contact them saying it doesn't work and get an advanced replacement. Send it to a drop.

Get the Serial Number Of That EXACT PRODUCT, then contact Amazon and tell them someone stole your laptop and are planning to sell it on amazon, tell them the serial number is: XXX, please check it with the seller, then shit will happen, so use your brains and enjoy your new sexy laptop.
This method is only for people with brains because shit might get serious. You got no brains? then ignore what I have just said
