Ups problems - holio2k - 01-10-2020
Hello. I Need help for packaging an IPhone for Ups. I called Apple and told them I hade some problems with my IPhone so they are gonna take it in for service. Ups i going to pack the phone for me. Obviously nothing is wrong with my phone and I want them think they that my phone was lost in transit. Can I send the original package with Ups with them? Anyone got some tips?

Apple has access to your location and can tell when your phone is online. For the period of time when it's supposedly "sent in" keep your phone offline to avoid this issue.
Also, my recommendation is boxing using the dry ice method. Requires much less convincing than convincing them for an AR or not to send in the product.

Thats what I wondering. Gonna go there on monday with my own package,use double tape it and kick it around a bit and ask of I can use my own package instead. Im gonna tell them Im at work at the scheduled time so I cant be home at that time.
