counterfeit return - Ddog - 01-09-2020
i was wondering if anyone has ever tried to return a counterfeit item and try to get a refund for it, if i ordered a pair of shoes from a retailer like mr porter or farfetch and send back the same exact shoe but just a counterfeit version how likely is it for me to get a refund? These would be high quality replicas and very hard to tell apart, i have also managed to return a pair of worn shoes before to mr porter which is against their return policy and got the refund if that helps.

Mr Porter is a mess. They sent me the wrong shoes twice lmao. You could probably still get away with sending them another pair they sell and using the counterfeits for another shop. When they fucked up the 2nd time, I just sent them some random pair of training shoes I had and barely wore (they sold it of course).

Haven't done it with clothes but have with electronics and it was successful.

If that fails, you can opt for the missing Item/partial method.
