Hello folks, i received an email from amazon this morning. from Amazon, Here is what it says

Amazon.comIn the last year what i did S.E is . 1 cpu, 1 gpu, and 1 monitor, all claimed as wrong item received, (dit it on a period of 1 component every 4 months or so... )
Other then that i returned a fire stick few days after i got it cauz i was disappointed and ask for refund,
Returned a wedding band to replace it one size smaller , returned a soft box for my camera external flash that didn't fit on it well... so refund the item
Over 40 orders in 2019, all never returned except what i just mentioned before.
In your opinion, What would be the best answer for me to that email ? does it mean my account was flagged? that i i will have some trouble in the future? will the status of my account change depending of the answer i replay them ?
Thanks for any hints that can help me give them the best answer.

I don't answer them lol. I usually just go 3 months without any sort of returns, even legitimate ones and continue as per usual. On my fully legit account, I've gotten it twice. I returned maybe 7 items in total in over a year. Do you have more than 1 account? Or other members of the family also use Amazon?

Thanks for the answer! No i don't have any other account, this is my one and only legit account. No other family members use it.
