Mwave DNA with Signature - Dusted - 01-08-2020
Hey, recently ordered something off amazon fulfilled by a 3rd party, and when I try to refund they are saying that it was signed for & delivered, however a fake signature was written
Weight: 5-6kg
Should I continue or just return and order something fulfilled by amazon?

I have not responded yet - My first email was DNA and now they said that it was signed for and my post service doesn't deliver empty packages

If you signed with a fake name you can try denying you ever received it, it's always plausible that someone was waiting for your package to be delivered by your front door and signed for it instead of you.

Alternatively, the carrier could've delivered the package next door, and they've denied signing for It. Do note that a package that's marked as delivered, Is by no means an Indication that you've personally received It. There's a huge difference between the two.
