2 U.S. Bases Hit By Iranian Missiles - Drako - 01-08-2020

UPDATE - Not one, but two bases were struck. And at least a dozen missiles were fired in total. Still no reports of casualties.

Just a few minutes ago a United States base in Iraq was hit by Iranian missiles. The number of missiles launched is in the tens. There is an unknown number of casualties so far.

I had a feeling this would escalate. And I believe it will escalate much more in the coming weeks. There haven't even been any attempts at peace talks yet.

I won't be posting a link because this news so recent.

Oh no doubt about it. Donald Trump vowed just yesterday to retaliate if Iran were to attack. He said the U.S. has identified 52 possible targets if Iran attacked. So in the coming days, the United States could have a lot of blood on their hands.

Although I'm not under Trump's presidency, I do like the way he handles his leadership- In this case, no messing about and taking Immediate action If an attack takes place.

Fingers crossed It doesn't come to that.

I have to say I was surprised when he pulled back on his threat to bomb cultural sites, even though it's a war crime, he usually doubles down on that kinda stuff. Refreshing to watch him catch himself this time.

Some days later, it seems that neither government wants an actual war. They appear to be flexing.

However, the plan crash is certainly raising some eyebrows. What does everyone think about the crash?
