Chargebacks - 900back - 12-30-2019

Via PayPal when buying shit.

Any risks attached that I should know of?

You charge back with pay pal with the unauthorized charge method.

RE: Chargebacks - mothered - 12-30-2019

As far as PayPal Is concerned, your SE Is a legit claim.

Treat It as such by not demonstrating signs of Inconsistencies, and you'll have no Issues whatsoever.

Right, but wouldn’t the company I order from fight back since they will have proof they delivered the items?

If you're using the DNA method, a package that's marked as delivered, by no means concludes that you personally received It.

Delivering a package to a given premises Is one thing, personally accepting It, Is a different story altogether.

Ok ty, but What if an unauthorised charge method is used like suggested above?

While true, I find that PayPal almost always sides with the seller if the package was signed for. I don't even think they care who signed for it. This is from personal experience. If it's just marked as delivered without a signature, you should have no problem op.

I certainly agree, and have personally experienced It numerous times.

That's when I put my above statement Into effect, by manipulating and convincing them that I did not receive my package, nor did the signature on the carrier's manifest belong to me. It wasn't a straightforward SE with PayPal, but I eventually got there In the end.

Does this always work? What does it entail?

As It Implies, you simply claim that the charge/transaction on the account was not authorized by you.

You then dispute It with the Intention of obtaining a refund.
