Logitech SE Methods - unkn0wn123 - 12-20-2019 I'm trying to SE a mouse, but I either get told I need a copy of the invoice which I can get around by saying there dead but then they want a video of the problem. Does anyone have any methods to get past this? I've seen keyboards for 250EUR done so I know it's possible just not easy RE: Logitech SE Methods - mothered - 12-20-2019 I realize your Intention Is a refund/replacement exploitation without purchase, but the said Issues can be avoided altogether by simply using the wrong Item received method. As opposed to the DNA, an Investigation (most likely) will not take place, hence ensures a smooth claims process. RE: Logitech SE Methods - unkn0wn123 - 12-20-2019 It would be by doing Logitech directly, they usually ask for were it was purchased from. I can get past that, but they would using a one year old or just big more item wouldn't that be a issue? RE: Logitech SE Methods - mothered - 12-20-2019 You order the mouse from Logitech, and claim that you've received an Incorrect Item. They'll request the return and upon sending back the wrong Item, they'll Issue a refund/replacement for the mouse. RE: Logitech SE Methods - unkn0wn123 - 12-20-2019 Oh I see, problem is it's very expensive on there site but on Amazon it's not to bad really I can only try methods that don't require spending money atm due to time of year I'm more familiar with Amazon than Logitech, they would demand I ship first and I wouldn't know how to handle it They also don't sell the one I want on there site. |
