HOW TO:

First at all, you must do one or both of tutorial i put in requirements section of this post.

Then open Kate or your favorite text editor and put this code inside it:

Just put your usernames, passwords (only for IG)

if you want to add more accounts, just add something like this:

NOTE: If you want to download HD version of profile picture (IG) $loginX is obligatory, else SD will be download

If for some reason, Instagram servers refuses to dowload just delete $loginX parameter from the line and it will download with no limits
but some gathering info like geotags will not be available

after all, you must just save the file as ANYNAMEUWANT.sh and run it as

Thanks for this. I would rather use a script than a buggy website full of advertisements. And you said geotags were available in this script? I thought social media platforms removed any location data on your photos.

only if user has put the location manually. the script take the place from the data the user put manually when uploaded the ph.
it can not read metadata from jpg files. or at least i never saw data from downloaded files :/

i am going to investigate it anyway

Nope not possible all the social media platforms Remove All The metadat before saving the images in their servers,
Or
While compressing your original image the metadata or exif info of the image will be lost or overwritten or will be removed completely.

i think the same way but i was not sure about it.
even when i think that upload process compress image or even convert it to another format

You're very welcome.

When Google+ was active, they too, did not delete metadata. Although not relative to social media, Flickr also stores metadata, but you can hide It In the Privacy Settings of your account.
