Malware removal is a bit of a hobby of mine. Being such a nice guy, I figured I'd share with y'all some of the tools in my toolbox, that you can use to keep your system running smoothly, or remove nasty infections.
Process Explorer

Part of Windows Systernals, this program allows you to have an in depth look at what progams are running, where they are running from, and system usage, as well as other useful information. It can also be handy at identifying malicious processes, and where malware is running from.
PowerCMD (Trial, $30)

For all you command prompt users out there, I offer a enhanced alternative to the standard windows console. Packed with tons of features, such as auto-complete, a quick launch toolbar, tabs, and search and word highlighting, its a useful and efficient tool.
Wireshark

A tool to analise network traffic. Great for network diagnostics, as well as sniffing out unauthorized connections.
Combofix

Originally designed to remove rootkits, Combofix is a program that scans your computer for known malware, then attempts to remove it. Super through, but only recommended for when you know you are infected.
Rkill

A progam that attempts to terminate known malware processes to allow you antimalware programs to run, as some malware will block these tools.
Malwarebytes

A useful and super effective antimalware tool. Recommended for preventive measures rather than for use when you know you are infected, as it can miss things.
