Planning to SE Zalando - I have already done this for a big order on my own account. Can I make another account under someone else's account who lives with me and have the parcel shipped to the same address without raising suspicion?

Make sure name, address, credit card/debit , ip address and lastly try to switch the address or mispell it.

It's fine however as to whether It raises suspicion, depends on "when" the last SE was performed, as well as the Item and method you're Intending to use on the subsequent SE.
For example, If It's a similar Item using the exact same method In close timing, then yes, It will be a cause for concern.
