The company Is Immaterial.
Given the nature of the Item, use the DNA or wrong Item received method.

I have heard people buy fake pair of shoes and stockx real label and refund them.

This Is the case with many companies- replacing the real Item with a fake, however It doesn't always succeed.
If the returned Item Is checked and scanned, the SE will fail.
