Amazon refund - RAM - nightwalker - 10-31-2019
Hi all,
first of all sorry for my poor english. I would like to refund RAM from Amazon using the missing item method ( around 200 Eur ). The two ram sticks should weight 90g based on amazon site ( other sites says 120g ) The RAM's retail box + sticks weight around 200g.
In case of missing item, should I say that only the two sticks are missing but the retail box is included ( empty ) in the Amazon's package? If yes, I should say that the retail box is sealed?
In addition, do you think that it could help if I buy another item with the same order ( like i.e. a CPU cooler that I really need )? The blender weight of the two items may add additional margin to their weight-rounding?
The account was created 3 months ago and has 2 legit order.

Usually when I use the missing item method I just say there was nothing inside the box or you can say the items was missing from the box and it was sealed. Or if you want buy an item that weight's the same as the ram and do the wrong item method.

Packing errors by manufacturers, do happen from time to time.
