DNA & Partial Assist - drdan - 10-28-2019 Hi all, Two questions; 1. I've got a package arriving tomorrow. 1.8kg. Timberland shoes. I'm unsure of what method to utilise here. I've been told Timberland almost always require a legally binding form to be signed for any method. What should I do here? I was thinking attempt a DNA, corrupt file if asked for a form. 2. I'm attempting a partial from Nike. I've ordered a pair of socks and a pair of shoes. I'm gonna say the shoes weren't there. Question is, do I say the shoes weren't there or the box for the shoes AND the shoes? I know this is contingent on consignment weight. The shoes supposedly weigh 350grams or so without the box. Is it plausible that the box would be empty though? RE: DNA & Partial Assist - mothered - 10-28-2019 In terms of your first question, given the weight of the package, the DNA Is best suited. Quote:The shoes supposedly weigh 350grams or so without the box..It's a little too heavy for the missing Item method. You can opt for the "wrong Item received" method. RE: DNA & Partial Assist - youngkeezy - 10-29-2019 Your method will work fine for Nike recently I ordered a pair of £180 shoes and socks, in which I said only the socks arrived and the shoes were not in the box. They done a investigation and I was refunded in about a week. Still unsure as to what to do. What do you guys do if a company asks you to sign something? Corrupt file? Can someone walk me through it? If It's anything other than an affidavit, you'll be fine. The context of the document, differs between each country. Some will state that It Is In fact an affidavit, whilst others can be Identified as such, by the terms used In the document. For example, It may contain something along the lines of "The undersigned notary makes his/her statement upon oath and affirmation, that the following facts are true and correct to the best of his/her knowledge". Basically, anything Indicating legal Involvement, may well be an affidavit. RE: DNA & Partial Assist - goldengeneration - 01-13-2020 Ive done nike, they refunded me on the spot I ordered 2 pairs of trainers and a pair of socks. Sed the expensive trainers, simply said they werent in the box, are they arriving at a later date? |
