I NEED TO KNOW WHAT THINGS ARE MISSING AND WHAT SHOULD I ADD THERE IN MY SITE.

AND I WILL REMOVE ALL SHORT LINK FROM MY SITES BECAUSE THAT SITE IS NO MORE AND CLOSED NOW SO I HAVE TO REMOVE.

Have you added your blog to Google Webmaster Tools, Inclusive of submitting a sitemap to cover all content posted on your blog?

Start off by adding your blog to Google Webmaster Tools.
You may need to verify ownership through your domain registrar, which Is a very simple process.
