DNA Method or Missing Item Method just depending on the weight of the clothes. And the price is up to you.

It depends what method you use either DNA or Missing Item. If you order a couple of items/clothes yes you can say the clothes came but was missing the item/clothes that was expensive.

First and foremost, how much does the Item weigh?

Too heavy for the missing Item method, namely If they open an Investigation and cross-check the consignment with the carrier. It's not always the case, but It does happen from time to time.

To be on the safe side, you can use either the DNA or (preferably) the wrong Item received method.

Yes you can.

As far as you're concerned, you didn't personally sign for the package.

The certainly will.

You purchase a "stock" Item that weighs roughly the same and Is significantly cheaper, and return that.
