Hi
Haven’t done zalando in a while so thought I’d give it a go, partial item method ordered around 5 items said one didn’t come. Sent form as usual however what I’ve noticed different is that they’ve asked for photo id this time?
Cannot remember if this was usual? Any word?
Plan to not send in photo ID originally saying I don’t have or can photoshop as I also used a drop address but my actual surname

Tell them that you do not have a photo ID, nor do you plan on getting one for the sake of their request.
Assure them that you can provide another form of Identification- which you'll obviously fabricate.
