Sandboxie Is Now Freeware - mothered - 09-22-2019

Greetings everyone,

One of the most popular programs/tools to run files and applications In an Isolated environment named Sandboxie, Is now licensed as freeware- with talks of becoming open source In the not too distant future. I've been using  Sandboxie for over 12 years, both pre-cracked and reverse engineering It Into a licensed product, and this news Is certainly welcomed.

So if I'm reading this correctly, no cracking or paying for premium features in the future? If so that's good. It does suck for anyone paying though.

Correct.

They're planning to make It open source shortly.

This is nice. Although I think making it open source would make it easier for malware developers to bypass it.
