Most likely will require pictures/videos though. Delivery I would like to listen to a opinion form somebody else, but it seems easy to me with Nespresso, don't you think? RE: Nespresso SE [Discussion] [UK] - mothered - 07-18-2020 Just a few things to take note of. This Isn't targeting @Green314, but rather the company Itself. Quote:shall provide replacement products of equivalent commercial value or provide for a refund as a credit note to the customer for subsequent purchases. What exactly deems a "refund" or "replacement?". Quote:Nespresso may retain the refund until it receives the goods or until the consumer provides evidence of reshipment of goodsThe operative word Is "may", meaning It doesn't mean they "will". Quote:no return will normally be accepted of food products such as capsulesWhat's their definition of "normally?" That Is, on what grounds do/don't they accept the said goods? Quote:the customer is responsible for verifying, at the time of deliveryIn what capacity does the customer "verify?". There are no specifics mentioned pertaining to the above. As such, It gives the SE'er quite a few opportunities to manipulate their terms. Information: The normal Nespresso bag has 10 capsules inside, around 50g 200 capsules, 20 bags =1kg. Here the DNA or partial would be good, the bad quality excuses either. Maybe the last one is the one that according to the ToS would work better. Since you could easily keep the products and ask for a refund too, they don't require you to send the items back if they are in certain conditions, as far as I read and if I read correctly.
