Are the Items that the serials relate to, still under warranty?

If so, the SE Is as simple as claiming a defective product.

Search for company-specific S/N lookup. A fair amount of places have them up online so you can plug the credentials in & check if they're under warranty.

Alternatively, you can just call or live chat them up to get the same info.

From here I suggest looking up the items specific details & visiting the community company forums for common defects & use that as your excuse and potentially throw a spin on it. Also, do not sleep on Reddit as they offer up some great deets on customer service experiences at times.

Next, try to figure out a way to avoid boxing (Well I disposed of ____ b/c I had no reason to keep a faulty item OR say you gave it to an E-Waste company and edit yourself up a fake receipt if they ask for one).

Boxing is just as good but sometimes unnecessary at times if you ask the right questions/have the right answers.

Lastly, the person over the chat/phone doesn't know what you're doing, so remain calm at all times. I suggest a VPN, Drop location, & Burner # (simple texting app) for OpSec purposes.

Hope this helps.
