The Universe is everything that exists. It contains the fabric of reality. In the past 2500 years, philosophers and scientists alike have struggled the nature of our existence. And have pinpointed nothing more than philosophies and hypothesis. We live in a simulation that determines the qualites of every single being, molecule, atom and elementary particle. The notion of our existence and the methods of communication create instances of choices and creates thoughts and information. As more information is stored. The outcome of the large quantities creates pockets of what we call civilizations or most importantly known as information nodes. These nodes travel between others and thus creating societes that as they grow. Are able to improve their pathways and create empires.

While I accept the theory that we all essentially live in the Matrix, the train of thought then tends towards solipsism which is utterly irrational. It's unproductive, IMO.
