I Have did logitech three times alr and call me a bad SEr but like they mostly want you to ship the product out to them rn that is the triggering thing. As they have mostly asked to ship the label to me and they would want the product back first and then ship you the replacements also i have heard they have a new fraud department and regulations have become much stricter now.

They've certainly tightened their claims management policies, but can still well and truly be SEd In every aspect.
