HP Return - Parliament - 08-29-2019

Did a HP SE, got a replacement; they now want the defective product back, I don't want to box them, do you guys know any really reasons to get them off my back/ignore?

Would really, really appreciate it.

Just a word of advice HP do bill if you do nothing , I ignored their request once and learned about it the hard way.

Apologies for the late reply, after around a week of constant bitching on emails and live chat plus another few days of waiting for a response -- I received a email from the C SR team saying that they've finalized the case and just remember to keep it next time.

Hopefully this helps somebody but of course; If you're planning to SE HP, use a drop/reship. They will bill, I'm sure I was only a exception.

No Issue whatsoever with the late reply.

I honestly thought HP would be a lot harsher, but It's good to read It worked out In your favor. I'm sure your experience will help others who plan to deal with HP.
