anyone know a good way to get cell phone scammers back for calling you and being annoying af? I'm thinking ab getting their ip and booting them, would their encrypted number still give me their valid IP?

I'm not sure. I do know there's now an effort to stop robocalls. Many major phone companies are teaming up to do so. Once they identify a scam number, they disable it and find out more about the scam ring. And they then prosecute them. So you should see a decrease in the calls you receive.

There's plenty of legal ways to mess with them. Just because they're breaking the law, doesn't mean you should. Get creative, waste their time, and report them.

I might set up a pay per minute line and refer them to it by saying “oh my computer has a virus? Well this phone is corded here’s my mobile” but if not I might try to remotely call my self if the have a PBX box

It's not worth It. I'm sure you have better ways to occupy your time.
Simply Ignore them by terminating the call, or add the number(s) to the block/spam list on your cell phone.
