i was looking to refund a oneplus 7 from the oneplus UK site and was wondering if anyone has ever refunded them before and what method they have used?

so i received my oneplus 7 earlier today and i have contacted support 2 times using the DNA method, both times they have asked me to call DHL express which is the courier, i was wondering if i should call or keep trying to through live chat?
