Logitech pain in the ass - moneymaker6660 - 08-16-2019
Hey guys, I want to talk about what Logitech is doing with g933/g29 SEs. I managed to get several S/Ns from the great @mothered for both items. They kept saying all the S/Ns are "linked to another account", note I used a VPN and different names, emails etc.
So I ordered my self a brand g29 and g933 from Amazon Uk and tried again, I provided them with pictures and videos they wanted, but they still kept declining replacement approval. Reason being " linked to another account" so I provided the receipt and an invoice, which were 100% legit but they still kept making excuses and being inconvenient. Due to this, I gave up and it's been around 2-3 months.
Any help will be appreciated.

Although I wouldn't advise you do this:
Simply pushing with 'This wasn't me who linked the product to an account, should I contact the authority' Has worked for me.

oh good god someone else is having issues? i've been trying to get a g29 for a month and a half now, currently on my third attempt and i'm about to go OFF on these guys. have tried two numbers, one from a wheel from another SE less than a year ago and one from mothered, and both have supposedly come up as out of warranty. really highly doubt they are but alright

probably due to all those serial generators, all those serials are already used, and they didnt even sold the product.
Logitech is really getting rapped. worse than fb

If they're not they'll hit you with linked to another account and that's when you know they're doing some shady stuff. Does anyone have any other companies like Logitech which I could try with?

considering its already been two to three mothsi doubt you would be able to do anything however good luck!
