Wrong item received method - randomguy934834 - 08-02-2019

Hey!
Do you guys think I could get a laptop by

Ordering a laptop from amazon
Ordering something that has the same weight to another address with another cc

And when I get both I just tell them that I got something else instead of a laptop and I need a refund?

Thanks

Do you guys think they would start an investigation over 300-400pounds?

If it's an item of value, it's in their best interest to do an investigation. It's only part of the protocol and doesn't mean failure.
They will crosscheck the weight and if you have followed the method correctly, they don't really have much of a leg to stand on.
Good luck and let us now if you need any further help!

huh i don't think a laptop weighs like 300-400 pounds from what i have read previously mothered simply said that he received a stack of printing paper instead of the laptop i think that would be easier than having two different orders on two cards?

300-400 pounds in currency lolol but I get what you mean. I think I'll just stick to my plan and order a stack of printing paper to another address with another cc and a laptop to my home with my own cc and I'll tell them that they switched up my order with someone elses.

Provided the wrong Item Is a "stock" Item, you'll be fine.

As mentioned and due to the cost of the laptop, do expect an Investigation opened.
