Hey guys,
As a thanks for the great information I have found on here since I joined a week ago, I thought I'd share my method for these two items.
Firstly, the Warp Car Charger which costs £50. What I did was complain that it was broken, that it does not charge my phone. They will request to see a video of this, so be prepared beforehand. I believe you will have to share via OneDrive. You will need a second car charger, a little bit of cellotape, and a car. Before this, take a bit of the cellotape and stick it on the bottom of the Warp Charger. This will stop it from working. Now, sit in the driver seat of your car, and aim the camera at the car charger port only. Film the second car charger charging a phone to show that the car charging port works fine. Then connect the warp charger and it should not work. This should be proof enough.
Alternatively, if you do not have tape, what I also done was have music playing from the car during filming. With the engine running, show the second car charger working. Then as you unplug it and plug in the warp charger, turn the engine off, and the music will mask the sound of that, but the charging port will stop working cause the engine is off. (At least that's how my car is). Then push for a replacement/refund, and you should be good.
For the Bullets Wireless Earphones, I complained that one side of the earphones does not work. For example, the Right side has no sound. Make up some bs about how it worked for a week, they'll ask if theres any water damage, just deny deny. Then they'll ask for video proof. Download a Music Player App (I used "Music Player" by Lapard V7 on Android). Play music using the app, and go to the settings which should enable you to control the stereo, so make all the sound come from the Left side only, and not the Right. Film this and take the left earphone to the mic, which should have loud music, then in the same take, do the same with the right to show no sound. Then push for replacement/refund. =)
I definitely could have explained better and shorter, but hope this helps anyone who wants to give this a go!
