Fitbit Versa - BitPlayer - 07-27-2019

How easy is it to SE the Fitbit Versa direct from Fitbit. I SE’d a few Charges a year ago or so (with aged accounts) - not sure if that method works? TIA

I believe Fitbit is much harder today than it is a few years ago. They've beefed up their requirements for obtaining a replacement device and require a lot more proof than before.

Getting a form is relatively easy, however without a processing method most of the time it will get cancelled after a few days of submitting the form. Fitbit recently released a few patches that has made it a lot harder to process.

A method that will get it processed in 30min. Once its processed it ships out next day (or same day depending on the time you submit it). Without this method chances of it getting cancelled are really high and it will take a very long time to ship if it doesn't get cancelled.
