Question regarding PayPal - H3RR3S - 07-24-2019

If I purchase something through paypal with my balance. And I do a chargeback, will I always get my money 100% back? I don’t have anything linked to my paypal like a creditcard, ... just paypal balance. Also how long does it take to get the money back?

Well, you can like if you change your mind about the item. But it would be better if you tell the seller that you want a refund.

So basicly if I would buy a cheap phone on ebay, then only use hotspots in public places and buy a lot of shit with paypal and deliver it to an abandond house, I can refund everything without them finding me?

Well, it not a good idea to do that. Because Paypal can ban you for that. Remember Amazon can do that too if you open too many disputes. Also, you need to use a VPN while you using public hotspots. Why I said that because most hackers do hack public hotspots.

If they ban me I just buy a new phone and use a new hotspot. Would there be any way then to get caught? Because there wont be any personal information on the phone.

Without using a VPN you can still be tracked.

How? If I’m using a hotspot somewhere in a city.

Because everything is footprinted within your device. Like your phone service carrier is AT&T, for example is tracing you regardless.

Yeah but there will be no footprints of myself if I buy an used device and destroy it after the chargeback and only use fake information to create the accounts.
