Need some pointers for Razer - NullData - 07-22-2019
So my friend has got a new Razer Ornata Chroma and I asked him if I could get the S/N off it
so all I have is the S/N and its also not from the US. so I'm kind of stuck on how to approach this one.
if anyone could help me out here with this one I would really appreciate it.

Razer might be easier than other companies ,but they’ve been hit hard before multiple times and involved the FBI. I’ve had numerous people I knew get charged with grand larceny and mail fraud. (But they were doing laptops and high end items).

"do you think a $100 keyboard would be simple to SE? " 100%, Razer are easy to SE. They are just slow as hell to respond.
You will need POP and Proof of destruction (Cord Cut), if you can do those your golden.

Not If you use the DNA or wrong Item received method.
@NullData, you're better off purchasing It and using either of the above methods.

You should be fine with a non US serial. I dont think Razer serials are GEO marked but i could be wrong. All you can do is try but if you have any doubts grab one of eBay or FB marketplace.
I wouldn't bother with a DNA or wrong item, purely as Razer are so easy to SE as long as you can get the POP and POD it should be pretty hard to fail.
I'm going to SE them this week as well.
