Firstly, welcome to our community.

The cost at 450$, Is considered mid-range, so you'll be fine In that respect. The only concern Is whether the IMEI number will be blacklisted. You may want to establish this prior to proceeding with your SE.

I would start with something less valuable. iPhones are huge targets, the company knows that so you have to be careful. You essentially have a new account with no purchases on it, no matter how old the account it it will raise a huge red flag. I don't advise

Oh yeah i've Heard about that. Are they always blocking it or is it random ? And also, is there more chance that they ask me to box or just refund me with not that much questions ?

A fresh account may be more difficult, they have no trust on you

I disagree. Every refund I do is on a fresh account except companies that cancel large orders on fresh accounts. You just have to know what to say. I normally say things like: it's my first order and this* has already happened...

In terms of an IMEI block, not every company does It. Those who do, will place the IMEI In a pool of blacklisted numbers, so when a user tries to activate the phone with a given carrier, It will show up as flagged.

Regarding your second question, every SE Is based on It's merit, hence It's not possible to be conclusive on the degree of difficulty (If any).
