Sorry if i wasn't clear, Facebook(the member) has taken over the SE service currently. And i bet you they will not disclose their methods to the public.

I know there’s a way to do it.

You get an SNI from the net/store , contact DELL complaining your laptop is a faulty one hence askin for a replacement.

I think that is all they do, however I am unable to find out what reason to find for clarifying the “faulty”..

I thought our community was meant to spread the word not to offer services. Like there’ll always be a bufe to get a hamburger from but you can find the receipe in the internet..
