Need some help for a g560 logitech se. I have a serial number and created a ticket saying the left speaker does not work.
They replied saying to return the unit to the POP and show the case number as a reference but as I do not own the g560 what do I do?
It doesn't mention if I purchased them from the logitech website. Should I say the POP refused the refund? and if so what POP?
