I have ordered a laptop and it's being delivered tomorrow. How do I go about refunding this because I've read several stories saying that the company is a nightmare to deal with and if there is a fault with it they charge you to send the item back.
I was thinking DNA but what does their investigations consist of?

They will cross-check the consignment with the carrier, to determine whether their records Indicate that It did In fact arrive to It's delivery point.
Bear In mind, delivered Is not the same as personally receiving It. There's a huge difference between both, and the latter Is where a well-crafted DNA method will succeed.

It depends on the company not the courier. I just done 2 pair of 1kg+ shoes and it worked. You just gotta try mate
