Fake refund - Hueloip - 07-13-2019 This is an interesting one - managed to SE airpods from a website and they said they would process the refund, its been a couple days and i still havent had the money back yet. Just sent them an email explaining how ive called in and they said they would process a refund yet it hasnt come. They've replied saying wait 24-48 hours for them to sort it out. Has this happened to anyone else? They say they would process the refund yet it never comes, so technically i have not completed the SE yet

You better just hope it wasn't a noobie that said they'll give the refund RE: Fake refund - TalkingPhone - 07-14-2019 sometimes companies want to do more internal investigations good luck though RE: Fake refund - mothered - 07-14-2019 Quote:and they said they would process the refundDo you have this In writing? Of so, It's as good as done. RE: Fake refund - Vulva - 07-14-2019 Most likely its your banks processing time. Its illegal for a company to lie to their costumers, regardless of whats on their TOS (terms of service). Do not for once believe that the companies are above the law. I used a wrong item method with a 2080 GPU and the two times that i have called they said to just wait for the refund until my credit cards next billing cycle (which i believe was yesterday) but ive yet to see anything. I then called again today and the lady said that their team that deals with that stuff still has the case open and that i should just wait a little longer basically. So i am not sure what to expect but i have the card here with me ready to return in case they try to screw me over.
